Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union is offering members the opportunity to refer family and friends via a Referral Program (“Program”).  By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Rules for Referrers (Existing Members)

  1. Program participants must be current Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union members, who are over 18 years of age.
  2. A total up to $100 in rewards can be earned for successful referrals made by December 31, 2026.
  3. Only one referral can be accepted by a prospective member; additional rewards cannot be redeemed by either party for referring someone who has already claimed a referral offer from someone else.
  4. You will receive a reward of $25 for each eligible referee (up to 4) submitted who qualify for membership and satisfy the requirements below for Referees.

2. Rules for Referees (New or Prospective Members)

  1. Claim your Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union Referral Program offer by filling out a membership application and providing the first name, last name, and email of the referring member before December 31, 2026.
  2. Upon qualifying for membership, you must complete all of the following:
    • Open a share account with a minimum opening deposit of $5;
    • Open a checking account with a debit card;
    • Complete three (3) debit card transactions each month for three (3) months; and
    • Enroll in direct deposit and complete one (1) direct deposit with a minimum amount of $500 each month for three (3) months.
  3. You can only claim one referral offer from a current Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union member. You cannot claim multiple referral offers.
  4. To receive a reward of $25, your account must be in good standing and the above requirements must be completed within ninety (90) days of account opening.
  5. The person who referred you will know that you have opened an account with Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union because they will receive a referral reward based on your membership. 

3. Restrictions.  Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union.  No member may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program.  In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program.

4. Rewards.  By making a valid referral, Referrer will receive $25 and Referee will receive $25. Referrer can earn a maximum of 4 rewards (maximum of $100). The term “Valid Referral” means a referral that results in the Referee satisfying the requirements in paragraph 3 above.  The Referrer reward will be deposited into the Referrer’s Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union checking account 30 days after the qualifications are met, provided that Referrer is in good standing.  The Referee reward will be deposited into the Referee’s Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union checking account 30 days after qualifications are met, provided that the Referee is in good standing. Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.  Referrer and Referee are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. 
 
5. Liability.  By participating in the Program, each Referrer and Referee releases Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the Program. Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Northwest Adventist Federal Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Program.
